(Chemical Engineering / State of Texas), with 26 years of plant and process experience in upstream, midstream, and downstream operations. His unique experience profile includes various roles in process engineering, process design, project management, operations supervision, and technical supervision. His efforts in these roles have always been characterized by directly connecting plant or process performance to financial performance; the awareness of real-time financial performance has always informed his analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of specific plants and processes. His experience also includes significant focus and effort on integrating the Process Safety Management elements outlined in OSHA 1910.119 into real plants and processes in an effective manner.
